If you think you have the qualities
necessary to run a successful LighterLife franchise we'd really
like to hear from you.
The LighterLife recruitment process enables
potential franchisees to demonstrate they have the business
skills, as well as the more subjective qualities, needed for such a
people focussed business.
To apply please complete the LighterLife application form.
What happens next?
Once you've filled in your form and sent it to us this is what
happens:
- We'll contact you and conduct a
short telephone interview. We'll let you know if you have been
successful within 24 working hours.
- If successful, you'll be invited to attend a
recruitment information meeting in your region. You'll
meet your Regional Business Development
Manager, be shown a presentation, discuss
potential Catchment Zones and have the opportunity to ask
any questions.
- We'll contact you within 24 working hours to let you know if
you have been successful. If you have we'll invite you to attend a
Recruitment Day at Central Office in Harlow, Essex.
- During the Recruitment Day you'll take part
in group and individual activities, as well as having a one-to-one
interview. We'll contact you within 48 working hours to let you
know if you've been successful. If you have you'll be given
the opportunity to become a LighterLife franchisee.
